WorldWide Data Attack for Global Data Link Promotion

Offer:   35 percent discount on monthly recurring charges for new Global Data Line service at 64 kbps to 20.48 Mbps (New Service), in lieu of all other rates and discounts for the service, during a the term of service of the term plan subscribed to under this promotion.

Eligibility:  A Customer must:

enroll between August 16, 2001 and February 28, 2003, and,

on or before March 31, 2003, request installation of New Service to occur on or before June 30, 2003, under a new term plan with a term of service which equals or exceeds one year.

Other Conditions:  A Customer who terminates New Service prior to the expiration of the Customer's term of service will be billed and required to repay an amount equal to all discounts received under this promotion.
