Offer:  The following Local Access Channel Monthly Recurring Channel charges per circuit for Promotional Access Service during each monthly period of a customer's term of service, based on the standard Local Access Charge and term of service, in lieu of standard Local Access Channel Monthly Recurring Channel charges and all other discounts or rates:

Eligibility:  A Customer must:

enroll between August 16, 2001 and June 30, 2002;

subscribe to new DS-3 Dedicated Access at 9 Mbps or greater with a standard Local Access Channel Monthly Recurring Channel charge which is less than $12,500.01 (Promotional Access Service) used exclusively for dedicated access to the Internet under a term of service which equals or exceeds one year; and,

place an order on or before July 31, 2002 for installation of Promotional Access Service to occur on or before September 30, 2002.
