During the Customer’s Term Plan term of service for On-Net Voice Services Outbound Service, including Card, usage which originates in the U.S. Mainland, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminates in locations other than those set forth in the region designated by the Customer upon promotion enrollment, the following per-minute rates apply:

A $2.95 monthly recurring charge will apply.

Eligibility: A Customer must:

enroll between February 1, 2002 and ending July 31, 2003; and,

subscribe to service under this promotion under a term and volume commitment with a term of service which equals or exceeds one year.

Other Conditions:  Customers are not eligible to receive any discounts or the benefits of any other promotional offering.
