Offer: Until discontinued by the Company, in each monthly period following promotion enrollment in which the Customer continues to subscribe to audioconferencing Instant Meeting Service, a $0.15 per-minute per-bridge port usage charge applies for domestic Unattended Toll Free Meet Me Access Instant Meeting Service and Unattended Toll Meet Me Access Instant Meeting Service and Dial Out Access Instant Meeting Service usage which originates in the United States, Anguilla, Antigua (including Barbuda), Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, Midway Island, Nevis, St. Kitts, St. Vincent/Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago, and Turks and Caicos Islands.
Eligibility: A Customer:
must enroll between February 1, 2003 and December 31, 2003;
must be billed for service under this promotion in a location in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska or Hawaii;
may not receive audioconferencing service under a Conferencing Term Plan or other contract between the Company and the Customer.
Other Conditions:
Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering on audioconferencing.
