Section IV.2.1 – Type 2 Monthly Recurring and Non-Recurring Charges for circuits quoted from February 1, 2006 through August 31, 2006
The following monthly recurring and non-recurring charges apply to service provided between the Customer designated location and the MCI Legacy Company IXC Point of Presence location and specifically to Type 2 circuits which are quoted from February 1, 2006 through August 31, 2006, based on interface type, circuit speed and the Term of Customer’s Agreement, or other such other agreement to maintain the circuit in service for a particular period, whichever is longest Commitment Period:
