Verizon Business Promotion for New Long Distance Customers

Offer:  For Customers who sign a new service agreement that includes Long Distance Voice Services, or for Customers amending an existing agreement to add Long Distance Voice Services for the first time, and for Customer accounts determined by Customer and Verizon Business (Customer Profile), the following Long Distance Voice Services domestic and international Local Network Connection/Dedicated Usage rates apply:

· Domestic Outbound and Inbound Local Network Connection/Dedicated Usage Charges

· International Outbound Local Network Connection/Dedicated Usage Charges

· International Inbound Local Network Connection/Dedicated Usage Charges

for calls originated and/or terminated (as applicable) using local exchange service lines or trunks which are provided by one of the Company ILEC entities identified below during the Term:

The Customer Profile may be modified to add or delete Customer accounts during the Term. 

Promotional benefits become effective by the first day of the second full billing cycle following establishment of or changes to the Customer Profile.  No retroactive rate adjustments will be made.

Eligibility Requirements:  Customer must:

enroll between March 1, 2006 and September 30, 2007; and

register the local exchange service lines or trunks which are provided by one of the Company ILEC entities for the purposes of this promotion.
