MiCTA LD Voice - IntraLATA PIC Fee Credit Promotion

For new and existing Customers under a Verizon Business services agreement (“Agreement”) with a 3 year minimum term who order from Company a new local business line (500 line maximum) with Intrastate Long Distance intraLATA toll service from MCI Communications Services, Inc. d/b/a Verizon Business Services, hereinafter “Verizon Business Services” (each a “Promotional Line”) for which the preferred intraLATA carrier is switched to Verizon Business Services from a carrier that is not an affiliate of Verizon Business Services, Company offers a one-time invoice credit equal to $5.00.  

To receive the benefits of this promotion, Customer must sign and submit its Agreement containing this promotion by July 31, 2010.  Each new Promotional Line line must be ordered on or before August 31, 2010 and installed on or before September 30, 2010. The promotional credit will be applied to interstate service charges on Customer’s third or fourth invoice following installation of the Promotional Line.
