Offer: During the Customers term of service commitment: the Company waive the Minimum Revenue Commitment eligibility requirement for Economy Frame Relay Service (eFR); and, in lieu of the Minimum Customer Network Size eligibility requirement for eFR, the Customers Minimum Customer Network Size must equal or exceed 25 Frame Relay Service ports.
Eligibility: A Customer:
must enroll between March 16, 2002 and June 30, 2002;
must request installation of new eFR service no later than July 15, 2002 and request that installation begin no later than August 31, 2002;
must commit to a 1, 2, or 3-year term of service for new eFR service;
may not receive service under a Special Customer Arrangement;
may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering on eFR service.
