Customers will be charged the following per‑minute per bridge-port rates for audioconferencing from WorldCom Conferencing (audioconferencing) usage which originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, based on service level and access method, and the following per-minute per-line rate for set forth for domestic Unattended WorldCom Toll Free Meet-Me Access usage for the Customers domestic Instant Meeting Service usage:

Customers will receive a 25 percent discount on standard per-minute rates for international Dial-Out Access audioconferencing from WorldCom Conferencing usage.
Eligibility: A Customer must:
be member of a participating commercial credit card affinity program; and,
bill all charges for service provided under this promotion to a commercial credit card under the a participating commercial credit card affinity program.
