Regional Frame Relay Promotion

Offer:  A 9 percent discount on monthly recurring charges for Frame Relay Service ports and PVCs ordered under this promotion, after application of the discounts set forth under Special Customer Arrangement (SCA) Guide Types 2 through 9.

Eligibility Requirements:  A Customer must:

enroll between May 19, 2003 and November 30, 2003;

subscribe to fewer than 21 Frame Relay Service ports;

subscribe to Frame Relay Service under a new term of service which equals or exceeds one year; 

subscribe to an SCA Guide Type 2 through 9; and,

place an order for installation of the service which receives the benefits of this promotion on or before December 31, 2003.

Other Conditions:  The Customer may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering or discount, other than under SCA Guide Types 2 through 9, on the circuits which received the benefits of this promotion.
