LD Voice Outbound Attack Promotion
Subject to the conditions set forth below, new and existing Customers subscribed to a Verizon Business Service Agreement (Agreement), or existing Customers renewing their Agreements, who order Interstate Domestic Outbound Long Distance Voice Service for the first time will receive the following per-minute usage rate for Interstate Domestic Outbound Voice Service based on the Customers AVC (such Service and rates hereinafter referred to in the aggregate as the Promotional Service). The per-minute usage rate will be in effect for the remaining Term of the Agreement with a minimum of two-years as described below.

Conditions
1. Customer must sign and submit an amendment to an existing Agreement or a new Agreement that includes the Promotional Service by January 31, 2019.
2. Customers Agreement must have a minimum two-year Term commitment at the time the Promotion is initiated.
3. The benefits of this Promotional Service may not be used in conjunction with the following promotions: LD Voice - Inbound Stimulus Promotion, LD Voice Outbound Stimulus Promotion, VoIP - Inbound Stimulus Promotion v2.0 and VoIP - Inbound Stimulus Promotion.
4. The rates set forth herein are in lieu of all other discounts for the Promotional Service.
