Optional Calling Plans
A. Audio Conferencing Optional Calling Plan 1:
1. Eligibility: To be eligible for this plan, Customer must:
enroll via a Company-designated Internet site; and,
designate commercial credit card with a billing address in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska or Hawaii which is accepted by the Company to which Customer will be billed for all charges under this plan.
2. Term of Service: Service under this plan continues on a month-to-month basis at the Plan Options A or B levels last designated by Customer until service is terminated by Customer or Company.
4. Benefits:
4.1 Instant Meeting Service: Customer must subscribe to Instant Meeting Service under either Plan Option A or Plan Option B. Under Plan Option A, Customer may access Instant Meeting Service via Toll Meet-Me Access. Under Plan Option B, Customer may access Instant Meeting Service via Toll Free Meet-Me Access and Toll Meet-Me Access. Under both Plan Options, in each monthly period of the term of service, Customer must: (i) subscribe to one to 100 ports for use under this plan; and, (ii) designate either 250, 500, 750, or 1,000 minutes of Instant Meeting Service usage for use under this plan. Unless modified by Customer via the Company-designated Internet site, the ports to which Customer subscribes will be available for Customer use during each monthly period following subscription until expiration of the term of service. The minutes of use to which Customer subscribes will be available for Customer use in the 30-day period following Customer’s subscription.
4.2 Unattended Level Conference Calling Option: Customer may schedule and conduct a Conference Calling call at the Unattended Service Level by scheduling via the Company-designated Internet site.
5. Rates and Charges: The following charges apply, in lieu of standard per‑minute per bridge-port usage charges.
5.1 Plan Options A and B Charges: The following charges apply to Plan Options A and B.
5.1.1 Monthly Recurring Charges:
a. Plan Charges: The following monthly recurring charges apply, based on Plan Option and the number of minutes to which Customer subscribes in each monthly period:

b. Port Charges: Standard monthly recurring port charges for Instant Meeting Service apply, based on the number ports to which Customer subscribes per monthly period.
5.1.2 Usage Charges:
a. Overage Usage Charges: The following per-minute per-bridge port usage charges apply for each minute of Instant Meeting Service usage which exceeds Customer’s Plan Option minutes of use during a monthly period, based on Plan Option:

5.2 Unattended Level Conference Calling Option: A $0.03 per-minute per-bridge port usage charge applies for usage under the Unattended Level Conference Calling Option.
6.1 Service will be available upon plan enrollment.
6.2 The minutes of use to which Customer subscribes under Plan Options A and B will be available for Customer use at the beginning of each monthly period of the term of service.
6.3 Monthly recurring charges for Plan Options A and B apply upon enrollment and, thereafter, at the beginning of each monthly period of the term of service.
6.4 Plan Options A and B minute of use values will be reduced and depleted based upon usage.
6.5 Monthly recurring charges under this plan are non-refundable.
6.6 Service under this plan may be discontinued by either Customer or Company upon: one-day notice via the Company-designated Internet site, if by Customer; or, 30-day notice in writing, if by Company.
B. Audio Conferencing Optional Calling Plan 2:
1. Eligibility: To be eligible for this plan, Customer must:
enroll via a Company-designated Internet site; and,
designate commercial credit card which is accepted by the Company to which Customer will be billed for all charges under this plan.
2. Term of Service: Service under this plan continues on a month-to-month basis at the minutes of use level last designated by Customer until service is terminated by Customer or Company.
4. Benefits:
4.1 Instant Meeting Service: Customer must subscribe to either 250, 500, 750, or 1,000 minutes of Instant Net Conference usage which will be available for Customer use during the monthly period following Customer’s subscription.
5. Rates and Charges: The following charges apply, in lieu of standard per‑minute per bridge-port usage charges.
5.1 Monthly Recurring Charges:
a. Plan Charges: The following monthly recurring charges apply, based on the number of minutes of use to which Customer subscribes per each monthly period:

5.1.2 Usage Charges:
a. Net Conference Overage Usage Charges: Customer will be charged $0.24 per minute per participant for Instant Net Conference usage which exceeds the number of minutes of use to which Customer subscribes in a monthly period.
b. Conference Calling Usage Charges: A $0.36 per-minute per-bridge port usage charge applies for Conferencing Calling usage concurrent with Instant Net Conference usage.
6.1 Service will be available upon plan enrollment.
6.2 The minutes of use to which Customer subscribes under this plan will be available for Customer use at the beginning of each monthly period of the term of service.
6.3 Monthly recurring charges for apply upon enrollment and, thereafter, at the beginning of each monthly period of the term of service.
6.4 The number of minutes of use to which Customer subscribes will be reduced and depleted based upon usage.
6.5 Monthly recurring charges under this plan are non-refundable.
6.6 Service under this plan may be discontinued by either Customer or Company upon: one-day notice via the Company-designated Internet site, if by Customer; or, 30-day notice in writing, if by Company.
