Section IV.4.2.5: Instant Meeting International Switched Access Rates
Instant Meeting Service from the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands to International Locations: For Instant Meeting calls that originate from the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminate in the following international locations, a $2.50 usage charge will apply for all countries not on the following table during all times of day, subject to availability. For the countries on the following table, the following usage charges will apply during all times of day, subject to availability. The minimum charge is one (1) minute of usage, and all calls will be rounded to the next whole minute. The Per Minute Rate includes both bridging and transport.
