Frequently asked questions

The CPRA amends the CCPA to provide California residents with additional privacy rights and protections. The CPRA also expands the scope of the CCPA to include the personal information of employees and business contacts. The Verizon Business Privacy Dashboard is our solution to allow customers to exercise these rights.

For more information, please visit our privacy policy.

The Verizon Business Privacy Dashboard is an online portal where our business customers can exercise their privacy rights and submit requests to access, correct, or delete personal information for themselves.

The dashboard also allows business customers to submit privacy requests on behalf of their employees or customers for personal information that Verizon may have collected about them.

In certain circumstances, Verizon may not be able to process requests to delete or correct personal information if it is needed for business or operational purposes.

Current, former, prospective, Public Sector, ICSA Labs Verizon Business customers and authorized agents can use this dashboard. If you're a Verizon Connect business customer, please go to www.verizonconnect.com/privacy/request.

Multiple accounts: If you maintain multiple business accounts with Verizon, you must submit separate requests regarding personal information for each account.

Though the CPRA only applies to California residents, Verizon will allow all U.S.-based individuals to use the VBPD to exercise the rights identified in the CPRA. If you are based outside the U.S., please visit our international privacy page

If you are not a Verizon Business customer, please visit the Verizon Personal Privacy Dashboard to submit a privacy request.

The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grants California residents rights regarding personal information companies collect about them. The Verizon Business Privacy Dashboard allows individuals to exercise these rights, within certain limitations, for themselves or on behalf of individuals covered by the CPRA.

Though the CPRA applies to California residents, any U.S. resident can use the Verizon Business Privacy Dashboard to exercise the rights identified in the CPRA.

For more information, please visit the privacy policy.

Verizon does not discriminate against customers who exercise their rights and submitting a request is free. Your experience may be impacted based on what right you exercise. For example, you may receive less personalized content while visiting our websites if you request that certain personal information about you is deleted.

There are three types of requests you can submit: request to download, request to correct, and request to delete. Existing, prospective, former, Public Sector, ICSA Labs, and authorized agents are all able to submit these types of requests. If you're a Verizon Connect business customer, please go to www.verizonconnect.com/privacy/request.

Existing customers may submit a request by visiting the portal associated with the product and/or service for which they are a customer. If you have multiple business accounts or services, you must submit separate requests. Once you have submitted a request, you may view information about your request on the Request History page in your portal.

Former and prospective customers, authorized agents, Public Sector, and ICSA Labs customers may submit a request by selecting "I am unable to access a Business portal" and complete a Privacy Inquiries form. In the form, please provide the following information to process your request.
