Authorized Agent Use Terms and Conditions

As a user of Verizon’s Authorized Agent Dashboard (the “Dashboard), you are subject to Verizon’s Website Use Terms and Conditions available at https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/website-use-legal/.  In addition to the Website Use Terms, the following apply to your use of the Dashboard:

As an authorized agent, you must use and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices to protect your customer’s information.  You may not use a customer’s personal information for any purpose other than to fulfill your customer’s requests, for verification, or for fraud prevention.

Your authorization will expire in six months unless it is renewed.  Please note that if you have no active customers or requests, your credentials will remain active for six months.
