Hone passed Hawaii this weekend as a category one storm, lashing the island with winds up to 85 mph, and drenching the big island with two feet of rain leading to flash flooding and mudslides across the island.
V Team Update: We’re happy to report that our Hawaii-based V Teamers have checked in and are safe. Verizon stores were unaffected, and our network held strong, keeping vital lines of communication running for the people and communities, businesses and public safety organizations.

Verizon Home - managing your devices can be a 🫰snap. [2:39]

State fair season has started, and the very aptly named Assoc. Director of Network Operations, Christopher Click, is on location at the Minnesota State Fair, or what they call The Great Minnesota Get-Together,” is the largest state fair based on daily attendance – 2 million people show up yearly to enjoy the festivities.

ERGs, we know you’ve been waiting for this one! As part of the Verizon brand refresh, the Brand and DE&I teams worked together to develop new, “activated V-style” ERG logos.

🏆 New purpose/culture award program. [06:16]
A few weeks ago – during the 2Q earnings webcast – we announced that we are creating a new award to recognize V Teamers who embody our new purpose and Culture OS. And, we invited you to name the award in order to capture the true V Team spirit.
We received more than 1,000 submissions with unique ideas and meaningful descriptions!
