On today’s episode of Up To Speed, host Andy Choi visited and chatted with some of our friends at a Verizon garage in South Boston.

Speaking with Kevin Service, leader of our Network Operations team, as well as with some of our Fios techs, Andy noted how Boston is a great example of our “complete network story.”

Kevin agreed: “About four or five years ago, we entered into an agreement with the city of Boston to build our Fios franchise here. For the past four years, we’ve been bringing Fios to consumers and small businesses in Boston.” Kevin added how we’ve bolstered that deployment with our impressive 5G rollout, providing a “full picture” of internet possibilities.

Andy also rode along with local manager of Network Operations, Erin Reardon, and witnessed firsthand some of the great accomplishments of our local technicians, who include Kevin Smith and Richard Kisiel. Erin and our South Boston techs agreed their primary objective is ensuring that every customer is satisfied with our service.
