On today’s episode of Up To Speed, we meet V Teamer Eddie Ervin. Eddie has been with Verizon for just over seven years, starting her career in customer service. Now, she spends her days doing what she calls her dream job: building and facilitating cloud training.
She credits her success at Verizon to the many avenues of growth offered by the company. “The most important thing when I first started with the company was that benefits start day one,” Eddie said. “That included the tuition assistance program, which I immediately signed up for.”
Eddie encourages other V Teamers to discover what they don’t know, because you never know where that might lead.
