Are you a hybrid V teamer? Haven’t been in the office in a while? Don’t fret! Andy is here to help us navigate all the ways we can make this transition a snap.
Starting this month, hybrid V teamers are and have been returning to their Verizon work locations to build up those office muscles. It’s a perfect opportunity for folks to test out their new routines and make adjustments to maximize the value of being on-site.
Effective April 4, we will officially activate our U.S. hybrid plans, and V Teamers will follow the in-office cadence they set with their director.
Regarding protocols and procedures for returning to your worksite, remember these three steps:
- Reserve workspace via Book-A-Space
- Certify through the RTO tool
- Upon arrival, check in with Book-A-Space on your desktop or phone
Remember to also pack workplace essentials — including chargers, your laptop, and maybe a portable keyboard and mouse — whatever you need to be productive and comfortable in the office. And don’t forget your badge!
Of course, once you’re here, make sure you’re not only logging in from the room, but also from your own devices, so everyone can stay connected.
Feel free to do a little exploring and reacquaint yourself with some of our office amenities, including food services and fitness centers.
