It’s definitely a new way of working.

For Clodagh Cosh, a client services manager for Verizon, working from home has meant sharing a dining room table with her husband while trying to feed her snack-obsessed “office mates” - her two daughters - as they adjust to life in the “new normal.”

At the same time, Clodagh is also reaching out to clients dealing with extraordinary levels of disruption.

“What I’m hearing from customers is a need for help in accommodating some urgent business challenges and that’s our forte. We’re running to their challenges and will continue to support them in that respect.”

Amidst the tumult, Clodagh has found the daily messages from her senior leadership team to be invaluable.

Those updates are vital for us to pass on to our customers to give us some unified dialog in terms of how Verizon is dealing with this.

Clodagh urges all of us to remain safe and collaborative. “We’re dealing with unprecedented situations here so we need to be patient and understanding as to why our clients may be pressing us for information.”

Clodagh, whether it’s on the business side or the home front, thanks for always answering the call.
