The Super Bowl is almost here. After that, no more football. Your upcoming Sundays on the calendar are a sad column of empty boxes. You want to do something meaningful, but what?

Fear not.

Verizon and the NFL have partnered on One More Sunday, a nationwide call for football fans and communities across the country to pledge to use the time they devoted to watching football during the NFL season to come together to make a positive impact on their communities during the off season.

So what steps can you take?

  • Tune into the Super Bowl and see our new :60 commercial.
  • Retweet our #OneMoreSunday video on social with #IamVZ, when you see it
  • Pledge #OneMoreSunday to volunteer by sharing one of the pledge cards available in employee advocacy

Most importantly:

  • Visit www.verizon.com/volunteer to sign up to volunteer; you’ll be matched with opportunities in your own area that align with your interests.

The hours you donate will count towards our ambitious goal for Verizon employees to volunteer 2.5 million hours by 2025 across our three areas of focus: digital inclusion, climate protection, and human prosperity. Help us be part of the solution for some of the biggest challenges that face the world today.
