As a top veteran friendly company, our commitment to service members is reflected in our workforce. Since 2018, Verizon has been recognized as the #1 Military Friendly Company, and we’re proud to report that for 2020, we have received this honor again.
What does it take to be a top Military Friendly Company?
Being named a top Military Friendly Company signifies a total commitment to the military community by tapping into military talent and having the right programs and policies in place to make it happen.
The Military Friendly designation is granted to organizations that have met or exceeded standards in at least three out of four key areas: Military Spouse Friendly, Military Friendly Employer, Supplier Diversity and Military Friendly Brand.
