The Up To Speed team began its road trip in Indianapolis and Birmingham, AL, to see how Verizon is partnering with the Family Online Safety Institute (FOSI) to help parents and kids navigate the digital world.
Andy Choi appeared on a local news station in Indianapolis with Stephen Balkam, founder and CEO of FOSI, to talk tips for parents, and how products like the GizmoWatch and Verizon’s SmartFamily plan can help keep kids connected, and safe.
Later, Stephen was in Birmingham to talk with local parents about how they can be good digital parents. These are just the first of two stops as part of a month-long cross-country road trip. And, last week the GizmoWatch even got some national attention on Good Morning America.
