Verizon Invests $215,000 To Better Serve Wisconsin's Bristol Customers

BRISTOL, Wis. - Verizon customers in the Bristol area will soon have improved communications as the result of a $215,000 investment the company is making in its call-switching center here.
Verizon is increasing the size of its Bristol facility to accommodate additional switching and equipment for this fast-growing community.
The addition will increase the capacity and reliability of the Verizon telecommunications network. The project - along with a new parking area and improved fencing - will be completed in June.
During the past three years, Verizon has invested more than $210 million in its Wisconsin network.

"We continue to invest in our state-of-the-art infrastructure to maintain service excellence, as well as to provide a platform for high-speed access to the Internet and a host of other advanced services.
