With Discovery’s first ever scripted mini-series Klondike kicking off on January 20th, viewers will have the chance to step back into the 1890’s - when the wild west was roaring and gold was on the mind of everyone moving out there
The series will feature Game of Thrones Star Richard Madden as one of the two adventurers braving the elements and setting out west in search of the precious metal. The highly-anticipated mini-series is based on the book Gold Diggers: Striking it Rich in the Klondike by Charlotte Gray and captures the lives of two best friends, Bill and Epstein who venture out to the gold rush capital in search of gold.
