On today’s special Up To Speed, host Andy Choi shares the excitement many of us are feeling for the return of pro football, starting with tonight’s kickoff game in Tampa, FL. Verizon and the NFL today announced a 10-year partnership that will utilize 5G to support innovation and technology adoption throughout the league.
Communications Manager Andrew Testa was at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa where Verizon is set to make the upcoming season even sweeter. We have also partnered with the NFL on in-stadium fan experiences like Verizon 5G Multi-View, which enables fans to view up to seven simultaneous camera angles.
We may be an entire season away from crowning a football champion, but it’s already clear that there’s only one best network!
More 5G Home cities
While our tireless teams continue to maintain networks impacted by tropical storms and wildfires, they’re continuing to build out our award-winning networks.
Today, we’re lighting up new 5G Home and Ultra Wideband cities including Pensacola and Sarasota, FL, and Niagara Falls, NY, to the 5G Home family. At the same time, we’re lighting up Athens, GA, and Harrisburg, PA, with 5G Ultra Wideband. And a special ‘woot woot’ for Fremont, CA, and Orlando, FL, which are getting both 5G Home and Ultra Wideband.
