Just because you're all grown up, doesn't mean you're off the hook from giving your mom some props for the great advice that got you where you are today. You gotta give her some credit for landing this cool job, right? We thought you'd agree. That's why, after asking the kids for their moms' best advice, we headed to Slack to hear what our V Teamers had to say about their moms' words of wisdom.

Mind your… Minutes?

As Jen mentioned, V Teamers everywhere will be encouraged to take a moment to ground themselves in what we're calling a "Mindful Minute." The initiative will be based on science-backed tips that can give us a well-deserved breather throughout our busy days.

In honor of Mother's Day, here's a Mindful Minute Tip from Raquel: Remember to call your mom, a mother-figure in your life or someone who you can lean on. Not just because it’s a nice thing to do but also because according to the CDC, when people are in stable and supportive relationships, they make healthier choices, resulting in healthier minds and bodies. Plus, their stress levels drop. And who couldn’t use a little less stress in their day?
