We’ve got big 5G news today! 5G Ultra Wideband Network is coming to Chicago and Minneapolis on April 11, two of the more than 30 cities that will launch 5G this year.

We’re also announcing the new 5G moto mod, an exclusive to Verizon. When paired with Motorola’s moto z3, the moto mod creates the world’s first 5G-enabled smartphone. Beginning March 14, consumers anywhere in the U.S. can pre-order the new 5G moto mod.

And, don’t let the number ‘5’ in 5Ge fool you, it’s just 4G LTE Advanced. What do consumers think about all this? We stopped by 16th Street Mall in Denver to find out.

It’s all on today’s Up To Speed, the best place for everything happening around and inside Verizon.
