Often on Up To Speed, we’ll have a member of our leadership team talk about the business. But today, Jess and Raquel share a rare opportunity to hear those leaders talking — unscripted — about themselves.
To experience the more personal side of our leaders, check out all of the 60-second interviews. Andy Choi grills each with a barrage of rapid-fire questions, covering topics from hobbies to hardest challenges to things that scare them.
You get to hear answers filled with heart (Hans answering who has had the greatest impact on his life — his father) and hilarity (Kyle Malady singing a few bars of Detroit Rock City by KISS).
Perhaps the biggest revelation is that outside of work, each of our leaders is a regular Joe or Jane, with similar successes (completed marathons by Tami Erwin and Christy Pambianchi) and dashed dreams (wannabe professional goalkeeper Matt Ellis) as the rest of us. Enjoy!
