In the mood for a fun ride?

On today’s Up To Speed, George Koroneos, host of George Talks Tech, gives us a 5G 101 education by taking us to the amusement park. In the process, he sheds light on all of the exciting ‘Ultra’ changes coming to our 5G Ultra Wideband coverage.

According to George, our 5G high-band coverage — also known as millimeter wave — is like a thrilling roller coaster ride, perfect for gamers with a need for speed, concert goers in a crowd, and parents at the airport who need to download a movie fast.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, low-band 5G is like those gentler rides that let you go all over the park: more range than the eye can see.

Our latest edition — C-Band — sits squarely in the middle. It will soon offer Verizon customers access to the midband range and a wonderful blend of substantial range and speed.

So whether you’re headed to the amusement park or anywhere else, the bottom line is that there’s never been a better time to enjoy Verizon’s award-winning 5G Ultra Wideband network.

Tell us what you think of Up To Speed.
