On today’s episode, host Raquel Wilson gave us an inside look at the new Citizen Verizon Volunteers portal as part of our responsible business plan.
In 2021, V Teamers volunteered 546,400 hours of service, surpassing our yearly goal. This year, the redesigned volunteer portal will make it even easier to give back with the ability to build your own profile to serve events based on your interests, curated team experiences, exclusive Volunteer Champion events for V Teamers, and the option to log volunteer hours from qualifying projects outside the portal.
There are many new volunteer opportunities to take part in, so make sure to visit Citizen Verizon Volunteers as we work to reach our goal of 2.5 million volunteer hours by 2025.
