LOS ANGELES, CA -- David Grant, Chief Operating Officer of TELE-TV Media, today announced the appointment of John Clark, as Executive Vice President of Programming and Distribution Relations. Mr. Clark will report to Mr. Grant, and will have responsibility for program licensing and relationships with program suppliers. He will also oversee day-to-day VSO relations for TELE-TV Media.

In making the announcement, Mr. Grant said: "John's long standing experience in the cable industry is a perfect compliment to the broadcast network backgrounds of Howard Stringer, Sandy Grushow and myself. He is a universally - acknowledged "A" player with an outstanding reputation in the industry.

Mr. Clark most recently served as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer for Telecom Media, a subsidiary of Telecom New Zealand. Mr. Clark headed this international telephone company's entry into the broadband video business.

Mr. Clark served as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Programming for Crown Media, Inc. (Dallas). He was responsible for all marketing, programming, sales, promotion, pay per view, marketing research and new product introduction for 950,000 subscriber, $400 million, Hallmark-owned cable television company.

Previously, he held various senior management positions at Cencom Cable Associates (St. Louis), Coaxial Communications (Columbus, Ohio), and Warner Amex Cable Communications (Home Sports Entertainment, Dallas; QUBE Cable, Dallas and Columbus).

Mr. Clark is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Business Administration, and holds an M.B.A. degree also from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Clark will be based in the Los Angeles offices.
