Bell Atlantic NYNEX Mobile Introduces Seven States Price Plan

WALLINGFORD, Conn. -- To simplify cellular pricing for
its
customers, Bell Atlantic NYNEX Mobile today announced the Northeast
Seven States Price Plan. The plan, which eliminates roaming charges
in the company's seven-state Northeast Region, offers customers one
low airtime price of 49 cents per minute when making or receiving
calls in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New
Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.
Customers who purchase the Northeast Seven States Price Plan have
two options:
- For $29.99 per month, customers receive 15 minutes of local
airtime each month to use anywhere in the seven state area and
after that, a 49 cent per minute local calling rate. - For $39.99 per month, customers receive 45 minutes of local
airtime each month to use anywhere in the seven state region and
after that, a 49 cent per minute local calling rate.
Applicable toll, landline, cellular long distance and charges
outside the seven-state area, not included. To sign up for one of
these new plans, customers can call 1-800-255-BELL or
