PITTSFIELD, Ma. -- Bell Atlantic Yellow Pages today announced the
opening of a new Customer Center in Pittsfield to serve businesses
based in Berkshire County. The new office is part of an overall
effort by Bell Atlantic to improve customer service throughout New
England.
"We have a new name -- Bell Atlantic -- and a renewed commitment to
provide our customers the high level of service they have come to
expect," said Stevan Brinkert, vice president of Northeast Sales for
Bell Atlantic Yellow Pages. "Our new Pittsfield office will allow us
to better serve the needs of customers across Berkshire County."
The new office provides direct access to sales representatives and
on-site ad creation computer systems. This makes placing ads in Bell
Atlantic's Berkshire County directories - Great Barrington, North
Adams and Pittsfield - easier for local businesses.
The Bell Atlantic Customer Center, located at 279 Dalton Ave. in
Pittsfield, will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through
Friday.
