SHL Systemhouse To Implement Sap R/3 Finance And Payroll
Modules

ATLANTA, October 20, 1998 -

MCI Systemhouse, MCI WorldCom's (NASDAQ: WCOM) global
information technology company, today announced that its sister
company, SHL Systemhouse, has been awarded a $7.6 million (Cdn.)
contract from Montreal's public transit commission, the Sociiti
de transport de la Communauti urbaine de Montrial (STCUM), to
perform the first phase of an SAP R/3 integrated enterprise system
implementation project.

Under terms of the agreement, Systemhouse will implement the
finance and payroll modules of the SAP R/3 software suite, supply
appropriate computer equipment and ensure the rollout of the new
architecture. When completed, the project is expected to result in
improved processes and better customer service for the STCUM.

"The implementation of the STCUM's SAP project, among
the first of its kind within Quebec's public sector, is a
perfect complement to Systemhouse's expertise as a large-scale
business solution integrator," said Gilbert Boucher, executive
vice-president and general manager, Quebec Region, SHL Systemhouse.
"We take particular pride in being chosen by the STCUM once
again to work with them on this important project."

"Systemhouse's proposal meets our requirement for a
business solution that is tightly integrated with the STCUM's
operations," stated Jacques Fortin, general manager, STCUM.
"More specifically, we will work together to streamline and
redefine our critical business processes according to our strategic
development plan, with the ultimate goal of better serving our
customers at the lowest cost possible."

The proposed implementation strategy is based on the accelerated
SAP methodology (ASAP), with typical time frames, tools and control
lists that provide effective support to the SAP project team.
Systemhouse will also employ the SHL TRANSFORMT process management
tool for project management.

The mission of the Sociiti de transport de la Communauti urbaine
de Montrial is to provide public transit services on Montreal
