CLINTON, Miss., - June 25, 2001 - WorldCom, Inc. today announced that it has declared its first quarterly dividend for the MCI group common stock (NASDAQ: MCIT). A cash dividend of $0.60 per share of MCI Group common stock will be paid on October 15, 2001 to shareholders of record as of the close of business, September 28, 2001.
