My Verizon App FAQs
The My Verizon app allows you to manage your Verizon account. You'll get a personalized view of all the newest tech, entertainment, deals and more. Plus, if you've linked your accounts, you can easily switch between your Mobile, 5G Home and Fios accounts using the app's sophisticated dashboard. It's easy to view account updates, make plan changes, manage your devices and discover everything your plan has to offer.
If you're a mobile customer, you can view your Simplified Bill, which lets you see usage details, schedule auto pay and make secure bill payments. Mobile customers also have the ability to access a voice-enabled Verizon Assistant, which gets you answers fast, and to shop directly from the app.
For Fios customers, you can access your voicemails through the My Verizon app. To stream TV, you'll continue to do this through the Fios TV Mobile app. Access is included with your Fios TV subscription and works both at home and on-the-go from your compatible device.
Android: Supported on Android™ smartphones and tablets running 7.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit verizonwireless.com to sign in and manage your account.
From a Home screen, open the Play Store .
To access the Google Play™ Store, a Gmail™ account is required.Tap the Google Play search bar then enter and select the My Verizon app.
Tap Install.
Apple: Supported on iPhones® running iOS 15.0 or higher and iPads® running iPadOS 15.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit verizonwireless.com to sign in and manage your account.
From a Home screen, open the App Store .
Tap Search.
In the search bar, enter "My Verizon app" then tap Search.
Tap 'Get' or the 'Cloud Download' icon.
If prompted, tap Install.
If prompted, tap Use Existing Apple ID.
An Apple ID is required for app downloads; it's the email address associated with the account.
If you have Face ID enabled, double-tap the Side button then look at your screen to verify purchase.Enter the Apple ID and password then tap OK.

You can use the My Verizon app* when you have these Verizon accounts.

Anytime Deals: Discounts from Verizon that you can claim anytime after they appear. Claim one or claim them all. They're always changing and available if you're eligible.
Local Passes: Access to our most exclusive experiences, including sports and concerts, as well as new devices and more. They’re first come, first served, and only a limited number of Local Passes are made available. If you qualify, you can try to claim Local Passes.

Presale tickets: Exclusive access to purchase tickets for the artists you love, before they're available to the general public. If you qualify, you can purchase Presale tickets. Tickets are first come, first served. There is a limit of 4 Presale tickets per event, unless the artist sets a lower limit.
Select Seats: An exclusive benefit to access tickets that are available for a limited time during the general public on-sale and can only be purchased by Verizon customers.
Featured Venues: Explore more Select Seats at other locations, including Madison Square Garden properties (i.e., Radio City Music Hall, Madison Square Garden, Madison Square Garden Theater, The Sphere, Chicago Theater, and Beacon Theatre [NY]. ).

You're eligible if you have a standard mobile account and meet all these requirements:
Are 18 or over.
Have a smartphone on an active standard monthly Verizon mobile phone account in good standing.
Are a resident of the US (excluding the territories of Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands).
