Voice Connect Low-Cost service is an assistance program that offers a discount to qualified low-income customers. Only eligible customers may enroll.
If you quality for the Low-Cost service, you are eligible to receive a reduced rate on your Verizon monthly bill.
Only one discount is allowed per household and a household is not permitted to receive multiple discounts from multiple providers, e.g., a wireless or broadband (internet) provider.
The Voice Connect Low-Cost service is a non-transferable benefit.
Other providers may use terms like “Lifeline” to describe their assistance program. If you are receiving a discount from another provider you’re not eligible for the Voice Connect Low-Cost discount.
You must meet certain qualifications for the Voice Connect Low-Cost service and you will be required to provide proof of participation in an eligible program, or your income must be at or below the established guidelines.
Consumers who willfully make false statements in order to obtain the discount will be de-enrolled.
