Small amd easy set up. Really like the remote

The cable modem goes out every 30-40 minutes for 5 minutes. When that goes out, your internet goes down and the television goes down. They have come by to check it and claim everything is normal. I spoke to 2 other friends who also switched to the new service and they both claim they're having the same problems.

Tons of channels I don’t watch. Salesperson sold me a cell phone extender when I wanted a WiFi extender and they never told me a WiFi extender is free. Also I never received information on how to obtain my free notebook.

Beware: Does not work with Universal Remotes

Does not work with universal remotes. Thus, it's not compatible with services for the technologically-challenged, like the wonderful Jubilee TV service.

The two streaming devices are strong, they work great with my Samsung Tv's. The setup and ease of use has satisfied me. You Tube TV, Prime, and Netflix are stable with no issues. The google assistant works great!. The APP section is well organized and easy to configure. Wish Verizon would offer TV packages to stream like You Tube TV.

Being able to stream Apple TV

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The biggest feature besides the voice activated feature on the remote that I love is the fact you can stream Apple TV. My google chrome cast and fire stick can’t do that. I never wanted to spend $199 on an Apple TV so this was the next best option.

Don't Do it. Anything but Fios.

Fios is impossible to use; very frustrating. You'll need to sign in constantly, and half the time (or more) you will not be able to sign in.

will there ever be an update to make this stop forcing HDR...going to have to get rid of it if not...should auto detect like the chromecast ect ...forced hdr really makes this unusable for most people or will make thier tv look terrible at the very least
