PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. - Verizon Information Services, the world's largest directory publisher and creator of Verizon SuperPages.comsm service, today announced a strategic five-year relationship with InfoSpace, Inc. (Nasdaq: INSP), a leading global provider of cross-platform infrastructure services on wireless, broadband and narrowband platforms.

As a result of this alliance, SuperPages.com's Yellow Pages and other merchant services will be integrated into InfoSpace's leading technology platform and distributed across its broad Web affiliate network, greatly increasing the exposure and value to Verizon customers. In addition, InfoSpace will begin offering SuperPages.com products, bringing additional value to millions of merchants nationwide and allowing its business partners to further maximize their online presence, promote their business and enable electronic commerce.

Verizon made the announcement today at Simba Information's Inside the Yellow Pages Conference, where Marshall delivered the keynote address.

SuperPages.com is scheduled to go live on InfoSpace and its affiliates in July.
